Our clients asked us to extend their home to incorporate a dining area that opens to the garden with a separate kitchen, utility room and office.
To make the most of the accommodation available, doma architects suggested using the garage as the kitchen, and garden room as utility. The existing kitchen in the hub of the house is to be opened up to the living area to form a study.
A small single storey extension to the rear houses a new dining room and rear entrance porch, connecting the new kitchen to the main house.
